In June 2024, students at Hanyang University founded the Clean Sport & Science Club (CS&SC), described by the Hanyang University newspaper as Korea's first academic club dedicated to anti-doping. The club is advised by Professor Jonghee Kim (exercise physiology and sports medicine) and Professor Siddhartha Bikram Panday (biomechanics and data science) of the Division of Sport Industry & Science, and was founded under president Hyeonseung Rheem. After completing basic training from the Korea Anti-Doping Agency (KADA), members assist at doping controls as chaperones. The club also studies the World Anti-Doping Code, holds regular seminars, and is analysing past doping tests and rule violations using WADA reports. Students from any department can join.
